Your task ##

In this versatile function, you will assume a central role in the planning and implementation of sanitary projects. You will coordinate different stakeholders, maintain an overview, and ensure that projects are implemented efficiently, qualitatively, and on schedule.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Independent support and management of sanitary projects
• Planning, coordination, and monitoring of projects from the offer to completion
• Preparation and processing of offers and calculations
• Coordination of employees, suppliers, customers, and other project partners
• Monitoring of deadlines, costs, and quality
• Technical advice and support for customers
• Accompanying execution and ensuring professional implementation
• Organization and coordination of material and resources
• Processing of project documentation and administrative tasks
• Active participation in the further development of processes and solutions

Your profile ##

You are a personality who likes to take on responsibility and maintains an overview even with several projects running in parallel.

Ideally, you possess:

• A completed education in the sanitary sector or a comparable technical education
• Professional experience in sanitary or building services technology
• Further training in the field of project management, building services technology, or a comparable qualification is an advantage
• Experience in the independent handling of projects
• Good technical understanding and strong organizational talent
• A structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• Confident and customer-oriented appearance
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with different contact persons
• Initiative, sense of responsibility, and entrepreneurial thinking
