"The future collaborator's main mission will be to carry out precision grinding and turning operations on small machines.
It will involve producing mechanical parts in small series or individually according to technical drawings, while respecting the dimensional tolerances and the required quality.

Main tasks:

• Carry out precision grinding and turning on traditional machines (notably machines of the types mentioned below).
• Read, interpret and apply technical drawings.
• Ensure the dimensional control of parts using precise measuring instruments.
• Participate in the setups, assemblies and adjustments necessary for the smooth running of production.
• Perform first-level maintenance on the machines and tools used.
• Perform packing and preparation of shipments.
• Rigorously follow operating procedures and control protocols and fill in traceability documents.
• Guarantee the quality of work and respect for the deadlines given.
• Carry packages up to 20 kg from time to time

Profile sought:

• Holder of a CFC in polymechanic, precision mechanic or micromecanic, assistant mechanic with great experience.
• Confirmed experience in traditional grinding and turning on small machines. Ideally knowledge of EWAG WS11 and Tour Schaublin 102 machines.
• Very good knowledge in reading drawings and precision metrology.
• Being used to working to the hundredth, or even the thousandth.
• Experience in small mechanics / watchmaking / fine mechanics desired.
• Grinding wheel manufacturing
• Pressing
• Autonomous, rigorous, careful, versatile and possessing a good team spirit.
• Keen sense of quality and detail.
