Your tasks

• Independent organization, coordination and monitoring of structural engineering projects
• Schedule, cost and quality control during all construction phases
• Coordination of architects, specialist planners, contractors and authorities
• Conduct of construction meetings as well as minute taking
• Preparation of tenders, specifications and works contracts
• Monitoring of execution on the construction site until successful handover
• Ensuring compliance with norms, regulations and quality standards
• Support or assumption of project management tasks depending on experience and potential

Your profile

• Completed training in construction, ideally as a Construction Manager, Technician HF Structural Engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the construction management of structural engineering projects
• Good knowledge of Swiss construction norms and guidelines
• Confident handling of tenders, works contracts and construction processes
• Organized, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• High degree of personal responsibility as well as assertiveness
• Resilient personality with strong communication skills
• German language skills at native speaker level
