Plant Operator (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated and reliable personality as a Plant Operator for our customer, a well-known company in the Winterthur (ZH) region, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Controlling processes: You safely operate automated production and packaging systems, load them with material, and always keep the ongoing operation under control.
• Securing flow: You monitor production, make targeted parameter adjustments, and thus guarantee an uninterrupted material flow.
• Preventing downtime: In the event of minor malfunctions, you intervene directly on-site, rectify the cause expeditiously, and keep the plant availability high.

Qualifications

Your profile:

• Foundation: Basic technical training or several years of demonstrable practice on complex industrial systems.
• Intelligence & Foresight: Strong technical understanding, a proactive way of thinking, and fast reaction times.
• Attitude: High awareness of safety and hygiene as well as an independent way of working.
