Our client, a company specializing in the manufacture of high-precision components, is looking for a

CNC Swiss Lathe Operator

Your mission:

Perform ISO programming, setups, and complete adjustments of CNC Swiss lathes autonomously,
Master the machining of small-dimension components, mainly from Ø to 8 mm, with watchmaking tolerances,
Read and perfectly interpret technical drawings and inspection requirements,
Ensure the monitoring, stability, and optimization of productions,
Be able to analyze a defect or a deviation and identify its cause,
Perform the necessary dimensional inspections during production,
Machine different materials: stainless steels, titanium, precious metals,
Pay particular attention to the surface finish and the aesthetic appearance of the components,
Actively participate in the improvement of cycle times, quality, and process robustness,
Be proactive in the use of innovative cutting solutions,
Work in an autonomous, rigorous, and methodical manner, while collaborating with methods, quality, and finishing.

Your profile:

CFC polymécanicien, micromécanicien or equivalent technical training
Specialized in microtechnique, watchmaking components,
Excellent mastery of CNC swiss turning in general, and Tornos machines are indispensable,
Ideally a confirmed experience of at least 12 years in a similar position.
