Polymecanic or Production Mechanic CNC Manufacturing
Your main tasks

• Programming/setting up and operating CNC turning machines
• Manufacturing of small and large series
• Optimization of the manufacturing process at the machine
• Ensuring and monitoring quality (self-checker)
• Timely processing of orders

Our requirements

• Completed vocational training as a polymecanic or production mechanic
• User knowledge in the field of CNC manufacturing is an advantage
• Clean and expeditious way of working
• High quality awareness
• Independence, resilience, flexibility and teamwork
• German in spoken and written form

Your task: You program and set up various, modern CNC machines and manufacture small and large series on them. With your manufacturing knowledge, you achieve high, unmanned machine running times and thus an optimal capacity utilization in your manufacturing area. As a contract manufacturing company, the work is very diverse and varied. In doing so, you must be able to handle new challenges expeditiously every day. You take on the continuous control of the manufactured workpieces as well as the clearly traceable documentation for a possible repeat order yourself. In the interest of increasing productivity, you also continuously carry out optimizations in the machining process. As an "artist of machining manufacturing," an interesting and varied activity awaits you in a well-coordinated and motivated team.
