Then an exciting task awaits you in a modern creamery, in which high-quality cream cheese products are produced daily. Here you will bear responsibility for quality, processes, and a smooth workflow in production.

Tasks

In this key role, you will ensure that our production plants run reliably and the manufacturing of our products functions smoothly.

• Monitoring and controlling modern production plants in the creamery
• Ensuring a trouble-free and efficient production process
• Operation and control of automated plant systems
• Compliance with strict hygiene, quality, and safety standards
• Cleaning and maintenance of the production plants
• Support with process optimizations and improvement projects
• Close cooperation with production, quality assurance, and technology
• Execution of quality controls during the production process

Profile

• Completed vocational training as Anlagenführer EFZ, Anlagen- und Apparatebauer, Produktionsmechaniker, Maschinenführer, or a comparable technical training
• Experience in handling production plants is an advantage
• Technical understanding and interest in automated systems
• Quality-conscious and reliable way of working
• Readiness for 3-shift operation as well as occasional weekend shifts
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Team-oriented, resilient, and motivated personality
