Your tasks and perspectives ##

• Maintenance and repair of building technology plants & systems in the area of HVAC
• Versatile customer support: From professional user support to complex interdisciplinary plant parameterization
• Competent and courteous advising of our customers
• Collaboration on projects and procurement of new plants and systems
• Participation in an on-call organization (7/24) and in a fault service covering all building and operational technology plants & systems

What you bring for this position ##

• Technical basic training with specializations in building technology (HVAC)
• At least five years of professional experience and specialist knowledge in the maintenance and repair of building technology plants and systems
• Strong methodical skills in developing solutions and in interdisciplinary cooperation
• IT user knowledge for the planning, implementation and documentation of repairs and maintenance (MS-Office, Outlook, FM-Tools)
• Proficient German in speaking and writing
• Place of residence within a max. 20 minute driving distance (on-call service)
