Our agency, commissioned by a watchmaking client based in Genève, is looking for a Precision Assembly Operator (M/F) to strengthen its existing teams.

• Meticulousness and attention to detail * Notions of self-control. * Knowledge of reading plans. * Ability to work autonomously, meticulousness, great dexterity. * Excellent visual acuity and a rigorous sense of work. * IT notions. * Capable of maintaining a good level of concentration on repetitive tasks. * Appreciating teamwork and communication. Main tasks:
• Perform manual or semi-automatic assembly operations of precision components. + Assemble semi-finished and finished products according to manufacturing instructions. + Respect production procedures as well as quality requirements. + Ensure the monitoring of your production while respecting quality, quantity, and deadline objectives. + Participate in maintaining an organized and efficient working environment.
