YOUR TASKS:

• Maintenance and value preservation: You take care of the maintenance, care and value preservation of our buildings, technical systems and facilities.
• Maintenance and repairs: You carry out maintenance and inspection work as well as minor repairs and rectify technical faults.
• Care of indoor and outdoor areas: You ensure well-kept premises and outdoor facilities and undertake seasonal maintenance work.
• Coordination and cooperation: You coordinate and accompany external craft and service companies and support technical projects.
• Safety and order: You ensure the order, safety and operational readiness of our infrastructure, taking into account the needs of our residents and employees.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed and recognized training as a Specialist Facility Management or a comparable qualification
• Manual dexterity, technical understanding and basic digital competencies
• Good German language skills (at least level B2) in speaking and writing as well as category B driver's license
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working with a high sense of responsibility and safety awareness
• Ability to work in a team, reliability and a friendly, service-oriented appearance towards residents and employees
• Flexibility, physical resilience and willingness for cross-building assignments as well as regular on-call duties
• Understanding of the special requirements of an ongoing care and residential operation as well as willingness to roll up your sleeves even in unexpected situations
