For our location in Hägglingen (AG), we are looking for an independent, responsible and proactive Maintenance Technician Injection Molding Equipment & Infrastructure (a) starting immediately or by arrangement.

In this versatile role, you will focus primarily on our injection molding equipment and peripheral systems. At the same time, together with the maintenance and facility team, you will support the reliable operation of various infrastructure and supply facilities at the site. In doing so, you will work closely and interdisciplinarily with different specialist departments and make an important contribution to the equipment availability, production security and efficiency of our processes.

These tasks await you:

• Ensuring the availability, reliability and operational safety of our injection molding equipment, peripheral systems as well as selected infrastructure and supply systems
• Implementation of preventive, condition-oriented and corrective maintenance measures
• Management and maintenance of the maintenance software CareOffice
• Analysis and rectification of technical faults on injection molding machines, robot systems, peripheral devices as well as infrastructure systems
• Maintenance of temperature control devices, drying systems, conveying and dosing systems, cooling water systems as well as other production technology facilities
• Participation in maintenance, upkeep and optimization of building technology systems such as cooling water, compressed air, heating, ventilation and supply systems
• Carrying out regular inspections and maintenance
• Support with new installations, conversions and optimizations of production equipment and infrastructure
• Close and interdisciplinary cooperation with production, quality assurance, engineering, facility management and other specialist departments
• Active participation within the maintenance team to jointly ensure trouble-free production operations
• Participation in continuous improvement processes to increase equipment availability and operational safety
• Compliance with the internally trained GMP and cleanroom specifications (hygiene, order, cleanliness, behavior, work instructions, keeping logbooks, etc.)
• Documentation of all maintenance and servicing measures

What you bring with you:

• Completed basic technical training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, mechatronics technician, or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in the maintenance of production equipment, ideally in an industrial environment or in plastics processing
• Good knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics and plant technology
• Basic knowledge in the electrical field is an advantage
• Further training in the technical field (e.g. NIV Art. 15) is an advantage
• Experience in dealing with maintenance software and technical documentation
• Exact, structured and independent way of working
• Quick comprehension as well as willingness to learn new things
• Enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary team
• High level of commitment and sense of responsibility
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Good MS Office skills
