Construction Manager Façade Construction (m/f) in Bern ##

Area of responsibility: ##

• You manage the construction sites assigned to you with a focus on façade construction. You are responsible for quality/cost control as well as compliance with deadlines. Also included in your area of responsibility are calculating offers, measurements on construction sites, negotiations with clients, as well as billing and post-calculations. Deployment planning is as much a part of your activities as providing deputy coverage during holiday absences of the plastering department.

Profile: ##

• You are a trained construction manager/site manager or are currently a plasterer foreman in training to become one. You have good IT skills, possess driving license B and bring entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation skills and a great team spirit.
