Workshop Manager in construction equipment mechanics (m/f) Rossens Branch (FR)
The position
As a manager, you lead the workshop, supervise and develop a team of 3 mechanics.
You ensure the administrative management of the workshop (quotes, orders, invoicing, SAP, tool management).
You also perform maintenance, repair, and diagnostic work on construction equipment as well as the maintenance of our customers' machines and our rental fleet.
Your profile
You have a degree in construction equipment mechanics, agricultural machinery, or heavy goods vehicles
You have several years of professional experience in the repair and maintenance of technical devices
You already have experience in team management
You are comfortable and have experience in preparing quotes, invoicing, and you master the use of computer systems, with, ideally, knowledge of SAP
You know how to work in a team, you like having responsibilities
You enjoy direct contact with the customer and are commercially comfortable
Category B driving license (car)
