Initial professional experience ####

Practical experience in an expanded area of responsibility (e.g., product knowledge, plant operation, hygiene and safety regulations)

Completed basic or further education ####

e.g. Baker-Confectioner, Food Technologist, Plant Operator (m/f/d) or EBA vocational certificate, e.g. Food Practitioner (m/f/d) with sound practical knowledge

German (fluent) ####

B1 language level is mandatory

Readiness for 4-shift operation (7 days in a row incl. weekend)

Secure understanding of production processes and workflows in the production environment; you recognize connections and act proactively.
