As part of a recruitment for one of our clients, we are looking for a Works Manager to lead renovation, transformation, and construction projects.

Works Manager – Renovation & Construction (M/F)

Your missions

• Lead and coordinate renovation and transformation projects of structures.
• Ensure complete project management, from the study phase to their realization.
• Coordinate the different stakeholders: mandatories, companies, design offices, and authorities.
• Prepare and follow building permit files as well as calls for tender.
• Establish budgets, monitor costs, and guarantee compliance with deadlines and quality requirements.
• Manage orders, control invoices, and ensure the administrative and financial follow-up of projects.
• Supervise the progress of construction sites in collaboration with the various partners.
• Prepare the documents, reports, and supports necessary for the Management's decision-making.
• Organize and lead coordination meetings with the different stakeholders.

Your profile

• Degree in civil engineering, building techniques, or an equivalent deemed qualification.
• Several years of experience in works management and the management of construction, renovation, or transformation projects.
• Proven experience in project coordination and site monitoring.
• Good knowledge of administrative procedures, calls for tender, and budget management.
• Excellent mastery of standard IT tools, notably MS Office.
• Very good writing skills and ease in communication.
• Autonomous, rigorous, and organized personality, endowed with an excellent sense of responsibility.
• Team spirit, ability to unite stakeholders, and excellent interpersonal skills.
