On behalf of our client – a well-known and highly successful company in the field of building technology & facility management – we are looking for a solution-oriented and committed specialist for the field of ventilation and air conditioning, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Our client manages demanding properties in the greater Basel area and offers a modern working environment with exciting and varied objects.

Your main tasks

• Operation & Maintenance: You are responsible for the professional maintenance, inspection, and repair of complex ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems on-site in Basel and the surrounding area.
• Troubleshooting & Rectification: You are responsible for systematic fault finding and rapid rectification of operational disturbances.
• Building Automation (MSRL): Monitoring, adjustment, and optimization of HVAC systems via a modern building management system (BMS) to ensure energy efficiency.
• Conversion & Commissioning: Active participation in modernizations, retrofits, and adjustments of existing RLT systems.
• Coordination: You are the competent contact person for customers, tenants, and authorities, and you accompany external specialist companies during their assignments.
• On-call service: Regular assumption of on-call duty (with attractive compensation).

Qualifications

What you bring with you

• Education: Successfully completed vocational training (EFZ) in the HVAC environment (e.g., ventilation system builder, refrigeration system fitter, building technology planner ventilation, or heating installer with corresponding further training).
• Professional experience: Several years of practical experience in the commissioning, maintenance, and repair of room air technology (RLT) systems and air conditioning systems.
• Technical competence: Sound understanding of measurement, control, and regulation technology (MSRL) as well as affinity for building management systems.
• Languages & Mobility: Business fluent German skills in speaking and writing as well as a valid driver's license category B (mandatory).
• Personality: You are an independent, customer-oriented personality residing in the Basel / Northwest Switzerland region (important for short intervention times in the event of on-call duty).
