For our renowned business partner Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a motivated Polymechaniker / Mechaniker - Gerätebau for a temporary assignment of 12 months with the option of extension, starting immediately or by arrangement.

A technically demanding activity awaits you in a professional production environment where quality, precision, and teamwork count.

Tasks & Responsibilities ###

• Assembling instead of just watching: You assemble sub-assemblies and complete systems according to clear manufacturing instructions.
• Ensuring quality: You check the assembled devices and ensure that everything works perfectly.
• Accurate documentation: You record your assembly and testing work electronically or on paper.
• Finding solutions: You recognize deviations, rectify them within the scope of your competence, or involve the responsible technical specialists.
• Thinking ahead and improving: You contribute ideas to continuously optimize workflows and quality.
• Achieving goals together: You work closely with your team and contribute to ensuring that production targets are met on time.

Must-Haves ###

• A completed technical training, for example as a Polymechaniker, Automatiker, Elektroniker, Elektroinstallateur, Mechatroniker, Feinmechaniker, Fahrrad- oder Motorradmechaniker or Anlagen- und Apparatebauer
• Enjoyment of technical devices, mechanical assemblies, and precise assembly work
• Good PC user skills
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• A careful and quality-conscious way of working
• Quick comprehension and the ability to understand technical contexts
• Team spirit, reliability, and flexibility
