Head Automotive Specialist in a 1-Person Operation

For an existing, privately run garage, we are looking for a committed workshop manager (m/f/d) who will manage and develop the operation independently. Although the workshop already exists, it currently has no customers. Therefore, we are looking for a personality who enjoys taking responsibility, works independently, and actively participates in building up a stable customer base. Support from the owner is, of course, available if necessary.

Tasks

• Independent execution of all mechanical work (A-Z)
• Management and organization of the workshop operations
• Customer consultation, order intake, and vehicle handover
• Building and maintaining a new customer base
• Planning of workshop processes as well as material and spare parts orders
• Ensuring quality, efficiency, and punctuality

Profile

• Training as an automotive mechatronics technician, car mechanic, or comparable qualification
• Strong technical know-how and practical experience
• High degree of independence and sense of responsibility
• Entrepreneurial thinking and motivation to further expand the garage
• Reliable, customer-oriented, and solution-oriented way of working
• Age does not matter - what matters is skill, commitment, and motivation
