The task:

With us, you will work on demanding components made of high-performance hard materials, such as carbide and ceramics. Where standard solutions reach their limits, your know-how, your creativity, and your demand for quality are required. What you concretely do:

• You manufacture high-precision components using conventional grinding processes
• You process demanding materials such as technical ceramics and carbide
• You develop individual solutions for complex manufacturing tasks
• You optimize machining processes and contribute your own ideas
• You ensure that dimensional accuracy, quality, and surfaces meet the highest requirements
• You work with experience, skill, and a pronounced sense of precision

What you bring with you:

You are technically savvy, enjoy tinkering, and have a good sense of precision. You work carefully, think ahead, and find a solution even for tricky tasks:

• Training as a mechanic, polymechanic, or comparable basic technical training
• Experience in conventional grinding processes, ideally with carbide or ceramics
• Enjoyment in manufacturing high-precision components using simple means
• Pronounced quality awareness and an eye for detail
• Creativity and technical understanding when finding solutions
• Independent, careful, and reliable way of working
• Desire to learn new things and further develop your skills
