Construction Manager GU/TU

As a Construction Manager GU/TU, you will lead and coordinate new construction projects in the Zurich region from the start of the project until defect-free handover.

Tasks

• Leading, realizing and coordinating new construction projects as GU/TU
• Estimation and active management of the awarding process to subcontractors
• Management of construction sites considering safety, deadlines, quality and quantities
• Central contact person on site for subcontractors, suppliers, planners, clients and authorities

Profile

• Dipl. Bauleiter, Techniker TS, Hochbauzeichner or equivalent training
• Several years of construction management experience in new construction projects (GU/TU)
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
• Teamwork skills, organizational talent and sense of responsibility

Offer

• Up to 40% home office possible
• 3–6 months interim, then permanent employment
