Job description ##

To strengthen our maintenance team, we are looking for an experienced maintenance mechanic. In this role, you will work together with the team to ensure the availability of our production and facility plants and make a significant contribution to operational safety and production performance.

The position includes both classic maintenance tasks and specialized mechanical work on CNC systems, production machines, and technical infrastructure systems.

Tasks

• You perform preventive maintenance on production plants, thereby supporting planned maintenance.
• You undertake repairs, troubleshooting, and the analysis of technical error causes on plants.
• You measure CNC systems, check their geometry, and ensure machine precision during operation.
• You align machine axes, correct them if necessary, and change as well as overhaul working spindles and milling spindles.
• You maintain and repair laser marking systems as well as support work on Dürr systems and other special systems.
• You undertake maintenance and inspection of compressor systems, ventilation and extraction systems, as well as sprinkler systems.
• You accompany machine moves, mechanical disassembly and assembly, as well as new installations and commissioning.
• You document maintenance and repairs and create technical reports for ongoing operations.

Profile

• You have completed vocational training as a Polymechaniker EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker EFZ, Industriemechaniker, Landmaschinenmechaniker, Werkzeugmacher or a comparable basic mechanical training.
• You bring several years of experience in industrial maintenance as well as with production plants and automated systems.
• You have experience with CNC machines, fault analysis, and repairs; this is an advantage for the position.
• You have very good mechanical knowledge as well as knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Clear and confident communication is of decisive importance
