To strengthen our team in toolmaking, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a
Toolmaker (Mold Maker; Polymechanic)

OUR TOOLMAKING DEPARTMENT BRIEFLY INTRODUCED:

• Sub-department of mechanical processing with 2 own CNC turning and milling centers
• Maintenance of existing as well as manufacture of new fixtures and tools from all our departments:

Gravity die casting molds, forging dies, tools for machining and much more.

• Design via CAD (we use MasterCam) as well as implementation directly at the CNC machine

YOUR CHALLENGE (IN THE TEAM):

• Design, manufacture and maintenance of various tools from all our departments

(Dies, molds, machining fixtures etc.)

• Programming the tool milling machines (Quaser; control: Heidenhain)
• Active participation in continuous improvement as well as the new development

of tools

• Responsibility for flawless quality and

timely provision of the tools

YOUR PROFILE:

• Vocational training as a toolmaker (ideally),

polymechanic or mold maker

• Experience in the manufacture of dies or/and machining fixtures
• Experience MasterCam (or comparable programs)
• High quality awareness, strongly developed personal responsibility, structured and organized way of working
