Construction Site Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Monitor work progress on site while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and current standards
• Analyze plans, define methods, organize schedules and mobilize necessary resources
• Prepare and validate quotes, tenders and contracts with partners and service providers
• Optimize costs, control expenditures and establish financial reports
• Ensure the coordination of the various stakeholders

Profile

• Diploma in the field of construction
• Significant experience in site management
• Expertise in project management
• Ability to plan effectively and manage priorities
• Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• Ability to supervise teams and work in collaboration with various partners
