MECHANIC - MOLD MAKER

You will be responsible for the assembly, setup, validation, and maintenance of injection molds, according to safety rules and production imperatives.

Job description

• Ensure the assembly of new molds and the maintenance of production molds
• Assemble, set up, adjust, and verify all functions of our injection molds or tooling
• Make molds meeting quality requirements available to production
• Participate in trials and perform necessary corrections
• Analyze mechanical malfunctions and propose adequate corrective measures
• Ensure the cleaning, maintenance, and overhaul of molds

Furthermore, we rely on your experience to be proactive in proposing modifications and/or process improvements. We also expect that you can take charge of occasional general micromachining activities for other sectors

Profile

• CFC in mechanics, polymechanic or equivalent training
• At least 5 years of experience
• Mastery of conventional machines and measuring devices
• Knowledge of injection or stamping would be a plus
• Mastery of CNC machines would be a plus
• Rigor, precision, analytical spirit and solution-oriented
• Flexibility and availability
