Job Description

• Independent management and coordination of sanitary projects, from smaller renovations to demanding large-scale projects
• Responsibility for successful project execution from planning to handover
• Organization and control of deadlines, costs, and quality specifications
• Preparation of offers and technical solution proposals
• Participation in the planning and execution process of modern building technology solutions
• Coordination of customers, planners, suppliers, and other project participants
• Support with material and supplier procurement
• Technical and commercial support of the projects across all project phases
• Ensuring professional, economical, and customer-oriented project execution

You will work on varied projects in residential construction, commercial, public buildings, as well as demanding building technology projects of various magnitudes.

Requirement Profile

• Completed training as a Building Services Planner Sanitary EFZ or comparable training in the sanitary field
• Ideally further training at HF, FH level or comparable
• Experience in the management or execution of sanitary projects
• Technical understanding as well as interest in modern building technology solutions
• Independent and structured way of working
• Customer-oriented thinking and professional appearance
• Organizational talent as well as entrepreneurial action
• Teamwork skills and enjoyment in working with various stakeholders
