The position is attached to the Direction de l'immobilier (DI) whose mission is to define a strategy for the real estate portfolio, to develop the coherence of the monitoring of major projects according to the hospital master plan, in strong partnership with the main State services attached to the Département du territoire, the Département des infrastructures and the one for health, to optimize the monitoring of surfaces and its future planning, while guaranteeing the proper functioning of services. More than 230 professionals carry out their missions daily with a constant concern for excellence, with a sense of service and environmental responsibility. The service de continuité opérationnelle des infrastructures (SCOI) is a service provider whose main mission is, thanks to the presence of employees from different trades on each site, to ensure the maintenance of the hospital heritage composed of medical and logistical equipment, buildings and their installations. ES Technician oriented heating, external sites - 100% The scope of your activities includes three hospital sites as well as several consultation centers scattered throughout the city of Geneva. You perform all preventive and corrective maintenance tasks as well as installation work requested by your hierarchy autonomously. You ensure the follow-up and supervision of construction sites and works by ensuring compliance with deadlines, standards and current directives. You provide regular feedback on your interventions to your hierarchy and report any dysfunction, damage or technical anomaly observed. You ensure the updating of technical documentation as well as the maintenance and cleaning of the tools, premises and equipment made available to you. Depending on needs, you also supervise maintenance work and troubleshooting related to your field of activity. As a contact person, you coordinate, control and accompany the mandated external companies. You participate in stock management as well as in the preparation of material requests. Curious and motivated by the evolution of techniques and technologies in your field, you also appreciate transmitting your know-how and collaborating with your colleagues. Sensitive to environmental issues and energy savings, you integrate these concerns into all your activities. You work according to a regular schedule and participate, according to a planned rotation, in the on-call service of your sector. In case of emergency, you are also prepared to intervene outside of regular hours, including at night, on weekends and public holidays. Qualifications You hold an ES technician diploma in the relevant field or a title deemed equivalent, supplemented by at least 5 years of professional experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of CVS installations. You possess solid knowledge of different hydraulic couplings and circuits as well as in the field of regulation. You master Johnson Controls and Sauter Building Control regulation and supervision systems (user level). You have very good knowledge of industrial thermal installations, notably in superheated water and steam, and are aware of the risks related to their operation. You hold the ASIT certificate as a boiler room operator or are prepared to follow this training in order to obtain the certification within two years. General knowledge of building trades (carpentry, locksmithing, etc.) constitutes an asset in order to ensure technical on-call services autonomously. You reside less than 35 minutes from your place of work and imperatively possess a category B driver's license. An authorization of connection (NIBT) allowing intervention on equipment with an electrical connection would represent an advantage. You master common office tools, notably Microsoft Office, as well as the use of a GMAO software. Equipped with an excellent sense of service, you appreciate teamwork and demonstrate openness to change, which allows you to integrate quickly and evolve with ease in your professional environment. You perfectly master French, both orally and in writing, and express yourself clearly and concisely. If necessary, you may be required to intervene on all HUG sites to ensure specific missions. Thanks to your calm, discreet and composed personality, you easily establish a relationship of trust with your interlocutors. You demonstrate a strong spirit of collaboration and are sensitive to the constraints of the hospital environment as well as the presence of patients.
