Machining Setup Operator M/F

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure the setup, adjustment, and production monitoring on transfer machines and 3 to 5-axis CNC machining centers.
• Perform machine loading and guarantee the smooth running of production.
• Carry out the necessary adjustments to ensure part conformity according to quality requirements.
• Perform cutting tool changes and first-level troubleshooting interventions.
• Control the quality of the produced parts and ensure compliance with production objectives.
• Participate in the optimization of manufacturing processes and the continuous improvement of performance.

Your profile:

• CFC in production mechanics, polymechanic or training deemed equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in setting up transfer machines and CNC machining centers.
• Excellent mastery of 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC adjustments.
• Good knowledge of ISO programming and the ability to identify machining defects.
• Solid knowledge of cutting tools and machining processes.
• Indispensable experience in large-scale production, in an environment demanding in terms of quality and productivity.
• Basic knowledge of industrial robotics, an asset.
• Rigorous, autonomous, reactive person sensitive to continuous improvement.
