To strengthen our motivated team, we are looking for an engaged personality as Construction Manager Photovoltaics (100%) immediately or by arrangement.

You ensure that a plant is created that one can be proud of

Your tasks in this versatile function include:

• Supporting the project manager in the planning of in-roof and on-roof systems
• Leading and coordinating the assembly team on the construction site
• Assembly of various substructures on pitched and flat roofs
• Creation of the cable routing (strings) according to plan
• Assembly and connection of the photovoltaic modules
• Assembly of cable ducts and trays
• Work preparation and digital reporting

You think practically and enjoy building something together

We wish for from you:

• At least 1 year of professional experience as a solar installer
• Basic vocational training as a carpenter (m/f/d) EFZ, roofer (m/f/d), or tinsmith (m/f/d) EFZ
• Freedom from vertigo
• Good manners and a high awareness of quality
• Independent, reliable, and expeditious way of working
• Flexible, team-oriented, and conscientious personality
• Fluent German in speaking and writing
• Driver's license category B including trailer test
