For the care and maintenance of the properties and outdoor areas managed by us, we are looking for a committed personality with horticultural expertise, manual dexterity, and enjoyment of a versatile daily working routine.

Your territory:

The focus of your activity lies in the care and design of the green and outdoor areas of various properties in the Zürcher Oberland. This includes, among other things:

• Care of green spaces, plants, flower beds, hedges, and shrubs
• Seasonal garden and surroundings work
• Pruning, planting work, and general maintenance work
• Independent planning and organization of the necessary garden work
• Ensuring a well-maintained appearance of our properties and outdoor areas

But with us, the work does not end at the garden fence.

You will also take on caretaker and maintenance tasks. In doing so, you will form a well-coordinated maintenance team together with our existing caretaker. You support each other, divide the necessary work sensibly, and represent each other during absences.

This makes the position particularly varied: You work in the greenery, take care of buildings and surroundings, engage in manual work, and have regular contact with tenants, craftsmen, and other contact persons.

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a Gardener EFZ or Caretaker with federal diploma (eidg. FA) or many years of practical experience in garden maintenance
• Enjoyment of independent and practical work
• Manual dexterity, technical understanding, and an exact way of working
• Reliable, uncomplicated, and responsible personality
• Willingness to take on tasks in caretaker services in addition to garden work, to learn new things, and to actively help shape our caretaker department
• Physical resilience and enjoyment of working outdoors
• Friendly appearance and good communication skills
• Team spirit – because even if you do many things independently, you form a strong caretaker and maintenance team together
• Good German skills
• Driver's license Cat. B
