Construction Manager Structural Engineering m/f/d

Introduction

For our client, an established company in the field of construction and project management, we are looking for an experienced personality as a Construction Manager Structural Engineering (m/f/d) starting immediately or by arrangement. In this role, you will independently manage diverse structural engineering projects and coordinate the collaboration between specialist planners, clients, and executing companies. In doing so, you ensure a qualitatively flawless, economical, and timely construction process.

Tasks

• You independently take on diverse tasks from the entire spectrum of construction management
• You coordinate and accompany construction projects professionally and reliably
• You work closely with specialist planners, customers, and executing companies
• You ensure a smooth process as well as compliance with the agreed quality standards
• You represent the interests of the client and ensure clear communication between all parties involved

Profile

• You have a solid education in the construction sector
• You bring at least five years of professional experience in construction management
• Further training as a dipl. Bauleiter:in or Techniker:in HF Hochbau is an advantage
• You work independently, structured, and responsibly
• You are a team player, communicative, and possess quick comprehension
• You enjoy professional interaction with specialist planners, customers, and executing companies
