Workload: 100 %

Working hours: 40 hours per week / annual working time

Working model: 2-shift operation

Salary: depending on experience max. 95’000 (without allowances or bonus)

Start: Immediately or by arrangement

What you do

• You independently set up, program, and operate CNC surface grinding machines.
• You manufacture precise workpieces according to the specified quality and deadline requirements.
• You measure the ground workpieces using the designated measuring methods and control the quality.
• Around 20 % of your working time, you assist in the milling area if required.
• You carry out periodic maintenance and cleaning work on the machines and the associated components.

What you bring with you

• Training as a Polymechanic EFZ or several years of practical experience in cylindrical grinding or similar.
• Very good CNC knowledge
• Willingness to work in 2-shift operation
• Precise, reliable, and independent way of working

This is about precise manufacturing and not pure machine operation. You set up, program, grind, measure, and are co-responsible for the quality of your work. The position is organized in 2-shift operation.
