When a V-ZUG appliance does not run as it should for our customers, our Field Service comes into play. Our service technicians are on the road every day - competent, solution-oriented, and with the ambition to turn a service call into a good customer experience.

With 16 service locations throughout Switzerland, we are close to our customers. Whether diagnosis, repair, maintenance, or personal consultation: We combine technical know-how with a genuine understanding of service. In doing so, we work independently in our regions, but remain closely networked as a team - digitally, through daily exchange, and with the common goal that V-ZUG continues to inspire even after purchase.

What this position offers you ###

• You will be working independently in your deployment area near your place of residence and will get high-quality kitchen appliances running again. From diagnosis and repair to overhaul and maintenance, you will encounter new situations and a wide variety of appliances every day. Whether oven, steamer, dishwasher, refrigerator, or extractor hood, variety is guaranteed
• During your assignments, your professional assessment counts. You decide when a repair is worthwhile and when a replacement is the better solution, create appropriate offers, and accompany customers with an honest and transparent recommendation
• Your know-how does not end with the technology. In direct exchange with customers, you provide practical tips on operation, care, and maintenance, clarify questions regarding connection and installation, and ensure that our appliances continue to provide joy in the long term
• With your tablet, you have everything important directly at hand and document your assignments, service reports, and offers easily and digitally. This allows you to maintain an overview of your workday and your assignments
• Even though you are often on the road independently, you are part of a team. In daily exchange with the service center, you share experiences and solutions, while service bulletins and technical updates keep you professionally up to date. This way, your know-how continues to grow with every assignment

What you bring to the position ###

• You have completed basic vocational training in a manual or electrotechnical field (EFZ or EBA) - ideally as an electrical installer, electronics technician, or in a comparable profession
• You bring solid electrotechnical knowledge and know how to approach an unknown appliance systematically, safely, and in a solution-oriented manner. Ideally, you already possess the NIV-15 permit or are willing to complete the required further training with us
• You enjoy direct customer contact and can explain technical contexts in a way that they are understandable even without technical prior knowledge - friendly, clear, and at eye level
• You work independently and reliably. Even if the schedule is tight at times, you find a way to combine quality, care, and punctuality
• You are physically fit and roll up your sleeves during demanding assignments - whether in tight installation situations, with heavy appliances, or complex connections in an existing kitchen
• You communicate confidently in German; other languages are a real plus
• You possess a category B driver's license
