Building and infrastructure operator

The employer is looking for a:

Maintenance Technician / Handyman (m/f) (reported profession)

Tasks:

• small repairs and execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance interventions inside and outside the holiday facility. Areas: carpentry, sanitary systems, electrical systems, masonry work and gardening.
• pool care: maintenance and cleaning of the pool, including the care of the greenery surrounding the pool.
• garden and landscape care: small gardening tasks in the facility, such as mowing grass, pruning hedges and trees, removing weeds.
• company support in the operational field: availability to lend a hand in the handling and organization of daily routine activities, so as to guarantee the smooth functioning of the holiday facility.
• equipment maintenance: appropriate care and use of tools, garden and pool machines, including warehouse management.
• maintenance of operational safety: regular safety checks of the playground and infrastructures.

Requirements:

• you have experience and passion for manual work; training in a craft profession is a preferred qualification
• you provide for the control of pH and chlorine values of the system and its disinfection; proven experience in the chemical treatment of water is a preferred qualification
• you work independently and precisely, you are flexible, you take responsibility and are diligent.
• you are willing to adapt your hours to the needs and volume of work
• your approach is open and cordial, you know how to manage stress and are service-oriented
• good knowledge of German is a preferred qualification
• good knowledge of Italian
• driving license cat.B
• owner of a car

Employment details:

• workplace Magadino
• employment at 30%
• employment from 01.01.2027, fixed term until 09.10.2027
• Sunday work and holiday work
• normally Wednesday and Thursday, as well as depending on the volume of work
• salary to be agreed upon
