For our Umbau Baumeister Zürich department, we are looking for you as a Foreman: Hazardous Materials Remediation. Your area of activity includes varied construction sites in the Zurich region. You will work in a dynamic, uncomplicated team that impresses through a healthy mixture of experience and fresh air. You can expect a strong team spirit and a lot of personal responsibility.

What you will do ###

• Management of the construction sites in cooperation with the project manager
• Technical leadership and instruction of the construction site employees as well as clean and continuous communication with the foremen
• Planning, preparing and executing:
• On-site inspections
• Creation of the required documents for the authorities and the foreman (e.g. SUVA, UGZ, STEB, cantons, municipality): forms, plans, remediation concepts
• Construction site inspection with the foreman before the start of the order
• Control before the start of work in the black zone (according to EKAS 6503)
• Final inspection before free measurement
• Assistance in the execution of all remediation work
• Enforcement of occupational safety
• Enforcement and compliance with all SUVA guidelines for the protection of the employee (EKAS 6503/6508), especially the "SUVA red points list"
• Active participation in improving processes and construction site workflows, work, material use and the like
• Correct and friendly appearance with the customer / on the construction site
• Creation of foreman measurements
• Creation of hourly reports
• Assistance in supplementary contract management
• Creation of small quotations

• Using MS Office is easy for you and you communicate confidently in German - other languages are a plus.
