Your challenge:

• In our production, varied activities await you – depending on the area of application in the sausage making or the salting department.

In the sausage making:

• Assembling batches according to recipe
• Producing sausage masses and semi-finished products
• Filling and finishing various sausages
• Processing raw materials

In the salting department:

• Salting and curing of ham and dry-cured products
• Operation and coordination of modern tumbler systems
• Production of high-quality ham products
• Production of various blanks

Your profile:

• You have completed vocational training as a Fleischfachmann/frau EFZ (Meat Specialist EFZ) or as a Fleischfachassistent/in EBA (Meat Specialist Assistant EBA).
• Initial experience gained in the activities of your profession is an advantage.
• You are in good physical condition and also bring PC user skills. Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Flexible working hours and a start of work at 05:00 are not a problem for you.
• Your profile is rounded off by very good German language skills.
