Job Description

• Responsibility for the precise planning and execution of installation projects
• Motivating leadership and development of a team
• Monitoring of budgets and schedules for assigned projects
• Advising and supporting our customers
• Project controlling and continuous process optimization
• Ensuring timely handover to customers
• Close cooperation with construction management and planners
• Preparation and adjustment of offers and supplements
• Preparation of interim and final invoices
• Acquisition of additional orders

Requirement Profile

• Completed vocational training as an Electrical Installer EFZ or Electrical Planner EFZ
• Planned or completed further training as an Electrical Project Manager for Installation and Safety (federal professional diploma) or Electrical Installation and Safety Expert HFP
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in the development of employees
• Strong technical understanding and good MS Office skills
• High degree of social competence, assertiveness and sense of responsibility
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
• Analytical thinking skills as well as networked action
• High customer and service orientation
• Team-oriented, solution-oriented, resilient and flexible personality with a confident appearance and good manners
