Water and heat are basic human needs. That is what we have been taking care of at Rutz & Co AG since 1933. Founded by the great-grandfather, we today run the family business in the fourth generation, with over 35 employees and headquarters in Fahrweid. For private customers, property managements, general contractors, and public clients, we plan, build, and maintain sanitary and heating systems in Zürich and in Limmattal. We are growing and are looking for an experienced personality for our sanitary department who will take charge of our projects from the order to the acceptance.

Your tasks

• You independently manage sanitary projects in new construction and renovations, with a focus on multi-family houses and total renovations
• You take over work preparation, material procurement, and schedule planning with construction management and GC
• You lead your assembly team and supervise our apprentices
• You ensure quality and accompany commissioning and acceptance according to SIA 118
• You support clients, architects, and planners and participate in offers and calculations

What you bring with you

• Sanitary installer EFZ or building services technician sanitary EFZ with further training (chief fitter, project manager building services with federal diploma or technician HF)
• Several years of experience as a project manager sanitary, ideally in the MFH sector
• You are confident in SIA 118, contract for work, measurement, and additions
• Leadership experience, entrepreneurial thinking, and assertiveness on the construction site
• A structured, independent way of working and joy in training apprentices
• Proficient German and driving license Kat. B
