TECHNICIANS IN REPAIR OF SMARTPHONES AND TABLETS

WHAT DOES THE JOB CONSIST OF?

Ensure the reception and commercial animation of a GRÜEZI Phone Solutions point of sale autonomously while demonstrating empathy.
Diagnose the operating problems of mobile devices and identify defective or damaged parts.
Communicate with customers to explain the necessary repairs and give them cost and time estimates.
Repair or replace defective or damaged parts, including screens, batteries, charging ports, and buttons.
Perform software and "firmware" updates to ensure compatibility with the latest versions of mobile operating systems.
Promote the services and accessories offered at the points of sale.
Keep repair records and stock databases up to date.
IDEAL PROFILE
Solid knowledge of mobile technologies and operating systems, notably iOS and Android, or a strong interest, self-taught, in the smartphone field from a technical point of view.

A practical experience in the repair of smartphones and tablets or any other experience in a sector directly related to customers (min. two years). In the second case, a furious desire to learn.
Good skills in diagnosis and problem solving.
A sharp sense in communication and customer service.
A capacity to work independently while respecting the deadlines and conditions communicated to customers.
Good knowledge of French (spoken and written).
Mastery of usual IT tools.
