What awaits you

• Regular customer demonstrations, training, and on-site assignments (approx. 50%, fluctuating)
• Short-term customer assignments during machine failures, mainly in Europe
• Support and repair of commercial machines
• Support of service technicians as well as maintenance of instructions and checklists
• Creation and optimization of service documentation and internal processes

Our client requests

• Completed technical vocational training as well as experience as an international service technician
• Proficient use of MS Office and experience with ERP systems
• Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and ability to work in a team
• Independent, structured way of working with a hands-on mentality
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, other foreign languages an advantage
